By accessing and using the TourBitz website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines that may apply to your use of our website or services.
2. Eligibility

3. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation:
Once you book a trip, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. This confirmation does not constitute a contract until payment is completed and processed.
Payment:
Payments for bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation. We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including credit cards and other approved methods.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications:
Any changes to a confirmed booking must be made through our support team at [email protected]. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following Refund Policy.
5. Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
Standard Cancellations:
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your scheduled trip, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking price.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled trip, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
No-show Cancellations:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled trip without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Modifications and Rescheduling:
If you need to change the dates of your trip, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations by TourBitz LLC:
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, insufficient bookings, or other emergencies. In the event we cancel your trip, we will offer you the following options:
Full Refund: If we cancel the trip before departure, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
Alternative Travel Option: If possible, we will offer you the option to reschedule for a different trip at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Refund Process:
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or registering on our website.
Follow all travel advisories, legal requirements, and instructions for the destinations listed on our website.
Ensure that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are in order before the trip.
You are responsible for any travel-related issues that arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
TourBitz LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.
We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, or third-party service providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials on our website are the property of TourBitz LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without express written permission from us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA. Any disputes that arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barboursville, WV.
